Your role at Baxter-Vantive:
Saving and sustaining lives by being responsible for efficiently manage human, financial, material, and technical resources to provide maintenance services, adhering to applicable guidelines, policies, and standards.

Main activities:
1. Coordinate maintenance personnel to meet the objectives.
2. Planning and management of preventive maintenance through a CMMS system.
3. Root cause analysis and troubleshooting related to equipment failures caused by deterioration of its components in order to increase the mean time between failures.
4. Control of the budget of the area and purchase of necessary spare parts for maintenance work.
5. Control of key performance indicators and KPIs of the area to ensure the reliability, availability and efficiency of equipment and facilities.
6. Administration and follow-up of training in the area.
7. Control of the documentation aligned with standards, regulations and internal procedures conducted to the Quality System under a code of compliance with GMP.
8. Compliance with applicable DPGs and PNOs.
9. Perform all activities in accordance with EHS guidelines, comply with training requirements in accordance with the PNO PESMASEG052; as well as participate in internal programs that contribute to the detection of unsafe conditions and opportunities for improvement in terms of safety.
10. Identify Baxter's compliance and legal risks in the country/cluster.
11. Implement Baxter's code of conduct, policies and procedures, including but not limited to the Global Interactions Policy and Third Party Policy and support processes, ensuring employee onboarding and training.
12. Identify compliance and legal risks of Baxter in the country/cluster.
13. Maintain the operating efficiency indices defined by manufacturing.
14. Ensure preventive maintenance to critical equipment, complying with the quality management system.
15. Monitor compliance with the requirements of the Local Sanitary Regulation (NOM-241-SSA1:2012), of countries to which the product is exported, international standards ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 13485 in the current version and corporate requirements. As well as comply with the risk management process when applicable.
16. Ensure that the preventive maintenance program of equipment and plant areas is complied with.
What you will contribute:
1. University degree in Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics.
2. Intermediate English
3. Minimum 2 years of experience in Maintenance
4. Budget follow up
