Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
Manage team to fulfill testing needs and achieve KPIs.
Perform routine/non-routine testing as required.
Provide training and coaching to other team members.
Revise SOP/forms when necessary
Lead and drive improvement projects
Support analysis and report testing result and trend. Provide timely feedback to area owner if abnormality observed. Perform periodical evaluation of test process.
Perform investigation and report writing of Non-Conformance records with complete and accurate information.
Responsible for ensuring a safe work environment and compliance to all applicable laws and regulations
Support implementation of assigned projects and HSE related activities
Performs any other duties as assigned by Supervisor according to business needs.
