Position Summary :

As a Engineering Project manager, you lead project execution and coordinate contribution of all stakeholders (from project brief until agreed sustained performance is achieved) by managing a cross-functional team whose objective is to oversee the capital investments relating to the company's fixed assets. This could involve the relocation and optimizing of the existing fixed asset base and/or the purchase of new fixed assets. It must extend from the initial conceptual studies through to project closeout
A day in the life of a :
- Fulfill Project Brief project chater and PMP and manage the gate principle
- Organize project execution and manage budget above 20 Mchf
- Mobilize resources (internal & external)
- Trigger steering committee (alert)
- Develop and evaluate team members
- Manage and coach project team
- Control project communication
- Manage interactions outside Nestlé

- Master degree in Engineering

- Experience in capital Investment projects management in food industry with experience of managing project with success around 15 Mchf
- Ability to translate engineering knowledge into a fully compliant operation
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Mobility across Europe is mandatory
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to accept change and the ability to manage it. Continuous Improvement mindset.
