Job Description
Re sponsible for end-to-end execution of business processes within Organization Units, Functions, Markets, etc. Responsible for process communication, deployment, and continual improvements. The role of the Storeroom Work Process Owner/Administrator is to issue/credit Storeroom materials out of, and into Storeroom inventory in a timely manner (real-time). Pick materials, issue and kit requested materials from Maintenance planning for the delivery of those kits to their respective maintenance drop off points. Perform IRA cycle counts as per bin range on a frequency as prescribed by MRP Controller to count all Storeroom materials annually. Manually adjust inventory discrepancies (as needed) outside of IRA count in real-time. Receive Storeroom materials into Storeroom inventory in a timely manner (same day), ship storeroom materials to supplier (return for credit) as well as ship requested materials to other P&G plants (stock transport order). Manage and execute return to vendor process (parked credit), as well as resolve GR blocked for quantity issues associated with Storeroom materials. Deliver kits to maintenance drop off points. This person will assist with the validation process for the operating department with assistance from the maintenance planner. Various tasks as assigned including but not limited to: PO creation/validation, purchasing support for expense and capital PO’s, Coupa Training, MAGICS testing support and miscellaneous storeroom specific tasks related to daily operations. Additional P2P support responsibility assigned as needed.
Job Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office System.
Experience with SAP and/or Coupa not required highly preferred.
Experience in Manufacturing Storeroom not required but preferred.
