Job Summary
The Manufacturing Associate for the LEGENDplex™ Group will be responsible for all aspects of product manufacturing, including planning, making and testing immunoassay components and kits, trouble-shooting issues associated with product quality, and documenting and reviewing production batch records to ensure accuracy and completeness. Additional responsibilities include working with the Product Development team to ensure proper transfer of new products from the Product Development Group to Manufacturing.
Essential Functions

- Manufacture kit components including antibody-bead coupling conjugations, antibody-biotin conjugation, and various formulations and chemistries.
- • Perform in-process testing to ensure the quality of components and kits and optimize materials to meet specifications
- • Perform small-scale optimization, and large-scale production of reagents and immunoassay components
- • Document, analyze, and review data
- • Manage inventory, plan, and execute scheduled production work-orders
- Other projects or responsibilities as may be required.
Minimum Qualifications – Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Chemistry, or other related field
Preferred Qualifications – Education and Experience
- 1-2 years of hands-on wet lab experience2+ years of hands-on experience with immunoassays such as ELISA or other functional assays
- One year of Good Laboratory Practice and Good Documentation Practice experience
- Working experience in GMP industry and setting in compliance with ISO13485 standards
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes
- Basic computer skills, with the ability to use Microsoft Office products is a plus
- Must be organized, have ability to learn, to retain, and to follow procedures, protocols, and instruction
- Must have the ability to communicate (oral and written) and to multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Good time management and planning skills

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a laboratory environment with occasional data entry on a computer. Occasional exposure to a warehouse environment.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $26.44-29.00/hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
