Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Must be able to verify resins materials needed for each molding machine. - Must be able to clean dryers correctly to avoid contamination issues. - Must be able to set the dryer heats correctly for each material. - Must be able to run the drum mixer and set the correct percentages based on the BOM. - Must supply parts to line on time and move molded components to areas for quality approval. - Must weigh resins and place back in storage. - Must stack or unstack pallets. - Must perform quality inspections as outlined in applicable spec’s and SOPs. - Must perform cycle counting of parts and monthly inventory. - Must understand department and emergency procedures. - Must review GMP audit requirements and understand the expectations of keeping the department “Audit Ready” at all times and perform 6S audits. - Must perform all other duties and responsibilities as determined by supervision/management. - Ability to read and write. - Must obtain forklift license. - Must have knowledge of both plant and department environmental health and safety regulations and comply with said regulations accordingly. - Ability to lift 30-40 pounds. - Ability to stand for long periods of time. - Ability to lift above the should up to 30 pounds. - Ability to reach above shoulder. - Ability to bend/stoop. - Ability to climb ladders. - Audiometric testing and hearing protection required. - Meet visual acuity requirements as documented in Baxter Cleveland. - Visual Acuity Procedure CL-01-01-037 A
