Job Description
Member of the NA QA team with an Innovation focused role responsible for the following from a Quality Assurance standpoint;
Own the Innovation pipeline for the BabyCare product portfolio. This includes the IMP, NSS, Business continuity, Consumer Delight (Complaints Reduction & Irresistible Superiority) plan for the portfolio. You will collaborate with your STO peers to coordinate sharing and reapplication across the product lines and plants and will be responsible for the robustness of product & process validation for lead lines/integration of all projects in your portfolio.
Regional strategy owner across all NA sites for horizontal improvement process.
SPOC for NA Invent Tomorrow (FEI) project interface and delivery to the region.

Technical Mastery:
Innovation experience in QA, P&E, PD, or Manufacturing startup. Specific mastery of Process/Product Validation, Initiative Management & Delivery, & GSUM highly desired.
QA Experience in a plant or technical center very helpful.
Demonstrated capability in assembled product/package technologies desirable. Willingness to learn required.
Track record of Establishing and improving systems across the organization.
Ability to coach and grow capability in self and others.
Digital Quality / Touchless lab experience a plus.
Experience in a regulated business (any function) a plus but not required.
