Summary of Objective: Perform advanced facility related preventative maintenance and repairs as a Facility Reliability Technician (FRT), maintain the Pharmaceutical facilities at a "World Class" level. Apply deductive reasoning and interpret a variety of technical instructions. There are no direct supervisory responsibilities associated with this role. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following but other duties may be assigned. 1. Support all PCI departments in special and routine service functions such as timely facility repairs, facility preparation for special events, etc. 2. To be self-reliant to diagnose and troubleshoot facility related mechanical systems with minimal direction including but not limited to: a. Repair and preventative maintenance of facility roofs, walls, doors, windows, etc. b. Repair and preventative maintenance of HVAC, chilled water, compressed air, lighting, electrical, and plumbing systems. c. Repair and preventative maintenance of parking lots and exterior grounds. 3. Support the AB facilities as part of the FRT On-Call team. 4. Assist with snow removal efforts performed by PCI with regard to sidewalks, snow plowing and salting of parking lots and sidewalks. 5. Adhere to all PCI and cGMP policies, procedures, rules and regulations. 6. Perform other duties as assigned by the Facilities Reliability Lead, Maintenance Supervisor, Manger or Director. 7. This position may require overtime and/or weekend work. 8. Knowledge of and adherence to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, rules. 9. Required: - High School Diploma and/or 3-5 years related experience and/or training. - Basic Mathematical Skills - Basic Computer Skills: Ability to perform basic computer tasks and has the ability to operate common computer programs. - Limited Working Proficiency: The ability to satisfy routine social demands and limited work requirements. The ability to read simple prose, in a form equivalent to typescript or printing, on subjects within a familar context. - Intermediate Reasoning: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions that may be furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
