Sr. Associate Manufacturing Scheduler - AML 14
What you will do

In this vital role you will act as the Senior Associate Plant Scheduler for AML14 Drug Product Formulation and Filling facility to ensure that the plant schedule accurately reflects production activities in the facility, ensures that raw materials and components are available for processing, coordinate non-commercial and maintenance activities, and manage process orders creation and release with Supply Chain planning team.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Serve as primary interface between Manufacturing & Supply Chain for raw materials and Process Order to support production plan.
- Support materials inventory oversight and provide solutions to mitigate returns/scraps and provide support to the manufacturing team with the SAP transactions.
- Maintain track of the component prep, formulation, filling, inspection and maintenance schedule to minimize impact and ensure delivery of the DP lots according to the production plan
- Lead the clients meeting for noncommercial windows assessment and strategic planning
- Facilitate operation’s meeting with manufacturing management and cross-functional management representatives.
- Develop last minute strategies that are robust and effective, aligned with the business priorities and manufacturing constrains to manage daily changes to the plan based on varying conditions and unexpected situations
- Proactively communicate forecast for production plan, including schedule adherence metrics
- Develop strategic plans to support New Product Introductions (NPI) and validation activities
- Coordinate windows for work orders execution ensuring Maintenance activities are executed within designated timelines to avoid impact to production plan
- Work on presentations and reports to communicate plans, changes and metrics to management and stakeholders
- Develop and support project implementations that allows AML 14 to improve on Reliability, Efficiency, Agility and Differentiation

Basic Qualifications:
Master's degree
OR
Bachelor’s and 6 months of scheduling and/or planning work experience
Or
Associate’s and 2 years of scheduling and/or planning work experience
OR
High school/GED and 4 years of scheduling and/or planning work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Educational background in Business Administration, Life Sciences and/or Engineering
- Experience working in a GMP regulated environment
- Scheduling and/or planning experience
- Flexibility to support different work schedules (Non-Standard Shift)
- Knowledge of SAP and MES
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Power Point, and Word
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Strong presentation and organizational skills
- Conflict management and negotiation skills
- Experience working with Smartsheet
- Basic Knowledge of VIRTECS
