Lead CQV Turnover and STW Engineer – North Carolina – Contract Our client, a global pharmaceutical manufacturing organization are looking for a talented CQV Turnover and Set to Work (STW) Maintenance Technician to join their expanding team. With continued organizational growth and considerable investment across their portfolio and capital programs this is an extremely exciting opportunity to contribute towards their brand-new manufacturing facility in the United States.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Performing motor rotation checks and other necessary pre-commissioning functional checks
- Participate in necessary Mechanical Completion walkdowns
- Manage teams performing STW activities on designated systems, including following all program documents and project safety requirements. Set and maintain the highest safety standard
- Coordinate activities with CQV Area/System leads to identify and STW prioritized systems. Avoid STW activities impacting Commissioning and Qualification activities
- Document STW activities per project GDP requirements and file completed STW protocols as agreed
- Identify and document punchlist items per the Punchlist Project Instruction. Facilitate the closure of punchlist items that are identified during STW activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years industrial/mechanical experience
- Experience working with, and energizing, live utility systems
- Experience commissioning and troubleshooting instrumentation used in the industry
- Experience with liaising with other departments and leads
