Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the plant operations as per SOP.
- Adjusting controls and equipment to regulate temperature, pressure, and flow rate, and to manage chemical reactions.
- Conducting routine inspections of equipment and systems to detect any malfunctions and to perform necessary maintenance.
- Testing samples of raw materials or finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
- Recording data from operations, process conditions, and laboratory results for production logs and compliance reports.
- Collaborating with other team members such as chemists, engineers, and quality control to optimize production efficiency and safety.
- To maintain a disciplined & safe working environment by ensuring that all safety procedures are followed & practiced.
