JOB TITLE: RQA Sample Puller/Utility Support - "Contingent Conversion"
JOB SUMMARY
Under minimal supervision performs sample pulling of RQA inspection samples in a warehouse environment. Performs duties including some or all of the following: Pulling of samples and filing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Perform timely and accurate sample pulling for RQA inspections.
- Performs data entry transactions within the relevant computer systems to ensure accurate record keeping.
- Follows all safety guidelines and handles hazardous materials following established safety requirements.
- Follows all company policies and established operating procedures for assigned area.
- Must be able to operate a fork lift (training provided).
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists RQA department Admin in duties which could include maintain ASL Filing (Material Certificates, part files, corrective actions and supplier files).
- Assists RGA Coordinator in rebox/relabel process.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education
High school diploma or GED.
Experience
- No prior experience required.
- Previous experience working in a material handling role preferred.
- Previous experience working within a high volume repetitive manufacturing environment preferred.
Skills
- Working knowledge of the regulatory requirements of the operation in which assigned.
- Ability to gain a clear understanding of traceability of materials and the FIFO process, and how this process relates to production.
- Ability to consistently demonstrate attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
General Labor Environment requirements include: use of personal protective equipment, reading, speaking, hearing, walking, bending, standing, stretching/reaching, hand/finger dexterity, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, or transporting up to 500 pounds via carts or mechanized equipment.

- Must be able to work in an environment where exposure to moving mechanical parts, high and/or precarious places, wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, outside weather conditions, extreme cold, extreme heat, risk of electrical shock and/or radiation, and vibration may exist.

Target Pay Range: $19.50/hr - Hourly pay rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
Target Bonus on Base: 7.0
