Then come in and join our Indonesia team as a
Process Engineer (Manufacturing) to be responsible for planning the equipment layout, workflow, and the respective processes and guidelines of production. This role directly reports to the Factory Manager.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You are responsible for planning equipment layout, workflow, and accidental prevention measures, and the respective processes and guidelines of production.
- You will contribute to budget development and ensure adherence to agreed budgets in Industrial Engineering.
- You will develop and implement performance measurement and improvement initiatives.
- You will perform inspections and investigations and analyze technical manufacturing or logistics processes and sequences.
- You will plan, propose, and implement improvement projects on site or unit level, set the respective targets, budgets and personnel resources, and steer the overall project process.
- You will liaise with other engineering functions or external vendors or service providers, and constantly monitor and approve respective services and work deliveries.
- You will manage overall ramp-up phase of new production & test equipment, or production launch of new products. and ensures life cycle support.
- You will ensure process documentation, and train related manufacturing or maintenance staff.
- You will conduct time and motions studies and derive time standards for production calculations.

Your qualifications and experiences:
- You have at least 5 years of experience in medical device manufacturing process
- You have working experience in a cross-country/cross-cultural organization (preferred)
- You own a successfully completed degree in Electromedical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, and equivalent.
- Working Location: Indonesia, Jakarta (Dunex)
