Head of Laboratory Solutions to be
responsible to set mission and strategy, defines strategic targets for Laboratory Solutions (LS) business and ensures implementation of sales strategy, policies, and guidelines, in line with the overall business strategy for Vietnam.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the achievement of business targets covering Orders, Revenue, Profitability, Service Profitability, SG&A and Free Cash Flow and providing accurate forecast.
- You take full responsibility for overall business results of the LS Business area to contribute to Siemens Healthcare business results effectively.
- You will define and ensures accomplishment of strategic market research and key customer surveys to identify respective strategic business opportunities.
- You ensure an effective sales organization and infrastructure to foster cooperation with other parts of the value chain (i.e. Marketing & Communication, Product Management, etc.).
- You will set up and execute country business strategy and align with regional strategy.
- You will manage business partners to retain installed base and to expand new market segments.
- You will manage CRM KPIs to improve market transparency and opportunity management.
- You will conduct business review meeting with Business Partners to evaluate and encourage better business performance.
- You will be the head the overall assigned sales organization and leads all related management and staff.

Your qualifications and experiences:
- You hold a successfully completed Degree or higher in Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Engineering, Management Studies or related fields.
- You have minimum 10 – 15 years of sales lead and/or business lead in healthcare market preferable specific in Laboratory Diagnostic business area.
- Comprise of entrepreneurial, well structure and strategic mindset with high-energy drive.
- Good communication with excellent presentation skills
- Excellence of English and Vietnamese, both written & spoken skills and proficient in MS Office.
- Working Location: Vietnam (No relocation required)
