全面负责生产基地质量控制实验室的日常运营、人才培养、效率提升、并确保所有检测任务的按时交付。 Fully responsible for the daily operation, talent development & retention, efficiency improvement, and ensuring the timely delivery of all testing tasks in the quality control laboratory of the production base.
1、负责建立并确认与生产/物料相关所有的质量分析方法、洁净环境和公用介质的监控 Establishment and validation of analytical methods and procedures for the materials related to processing， environmental monitoring program for clean rooms/zones and clean utilities.
2、负责QC部门人才招聘、培养和保留 Responsible for talent recruitment, development and retention.
3、监督并确保每个项目在QC的有序管理和项目按期交付 Oversee and ensure optimal project management and on-time delivery of each project at QC department
4、负责QC部门的运营效率和精益化管理，确保各项运营指标达成 Responsible for the operation efficiency and lean management ensuring all KPIs are achieved of QC department
5、组织应对现场客户审计和官方检查及审计回复 Organize to deal with client audits and regulatory inspections, and to respond to the observations
6、监督和保持QC部门的安全与合规 Oversee and ensure safety and compliance of QC department
任职资格：
1、More than 10 years of relevant industrial experience.
2、In-depth knowledge of analytical chemistry of large molecules and familiar with cutting-edge technologies.
3、Demonstrated communication skills in both English and Chinese.
4、Outstanding organizational skills, with capacity to lead over 30 staff scientists/analysts. 5、Capable of working with a large client base and a dynamic supporting team to deliver strong business growth.
