About this role as Documentation Administrator (S4):
The Documentation Administrator provides support to the engineering department in managing controlled documentation of engineering and operations in compliance with corporate standards and best practices. This role interfaces with internal customers to ensure an understanding of documentation requirements, methods, associated tools and software.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Support the engineering department in:
- creating and updating documentation in Windchill and SAP,
- creating and updating supply items in SAP,
- managing data, procedures and/or processes related to function.
- Review and implement process and procedure changes in SOP’s (Standard Operations Procedures), WI’s (Work Instructions) and KSD’s (Knowledge Sharing Documents).
- Coordinate, organize and/or lead administrative tasks in support of functional area.
- May assist professional and technical staff with special projects.
Who are we looking for:
- MBO 3 or MBO 4 (Intermediate vocational education),
- Good English verbal and written communication skills,
- Organized in planning and executing activities and detail oriented/ accurate,
- Can work both independent and in a team environment,
- Good understanding of GDP (Good Documentation Practice),
- Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills,
- Strong, proactive work ethic, self-motivating,
- Continuous Improvement mindset,
- Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management Systems (e.g. Windchill, Oracle, Siemens) is highly desirable,
- Experience with Microsoft office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
