ABOUT THE ROLE:
Contribute to business process enhancement and solution design, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compatibility with existing systems. Support system configuration and user support, engage in data analysis, and collaborate across functions to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Business Process Improvement & Solution Design:
- Lead initiatives to streamline sales workflows, test and implement new business processes, and provide comprehensive training and support to users.

- Support the design and construction of business solutions by gathering and analyzing requirements, ensuring compatibility with existing systems.
- Help monitor the stability and integration of business processes post-implementation and assist in evaluating the impact of changes.
System Configuration & User Support:
- Provide support to end-users with system applications, resolving basic issues and escalating complex queries as needed.
- Assist in configuring and designing data visualization solutions, learning from the regional Salesforce team and other cloud-based technologies.
- Engage in requirement sessions and system demos and receive training to effectively use sales systems and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Analysts to ensure system enhancements are cohesive.
Research & Data Analysis (Focus on Developing Competency) :
- Engage in market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends and opportunities, with mentorship to develop strategic analytical skills.
- Collaborate in the analysis of customer transit patterns and sales data, contributing to the development of informed sales strategies.
- Embrace the use of data and analytics tools to generate actionable insights, with a clear path for professional growth in data-driven decision-making and achieving sales targets.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Business and preferred 1-2 years’ work experience in Process Improvement and/or in a Business Analyst role. Experience with Salesforce reporting functions including dashboard and report design preferred.
Experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum processes and / or other project management capabilities. Able to rapidly adapt to a very dynamic marketplace. Strong team player, collaborative, ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally. Self-motivated and able to influence others. Flexible, adaptable but focused and persistent.
