Job Description Summary
The Dosimetry Laboratory Technician is responsible for preparing and reading dosimetry.
The Dosimetry Laboratory Technician will prepare a dosimetry report for each sterilizer run.
Additionally, when a new batch of dosimeters is received the Dosimetry Laboratory Technician is responsible to calibrate/qualify every batch before use in sterilization process.
Dosimetry is read by the Dosimetry Laboratory Technician using a spectrometer or applicable equipment, ensuring this maintains a calibration range.
The Dosimetry Laboratory Technician is responsible for all checks; daily, weekly, monthly; for the spectrophotometers.
The Dosimetry Laboratory Technician is responsible for following established Work Instructions and Standards.
The Dosimetry Laboratory Technician must exercise accuracy in performing test procedures and must keep accurate records.
All activities align with global strategies, guidance, and deployment of initiatives, including site level project and replication plans.

Primary Responsibilities:
Support and act a point of contact person for audits on Laboratory.Provide information in a timely manner, with relevant system evidence (e.g., Master data export, direct screen sharing with auditors, etc.).
Education and Experience:
Good understanding of requirements, QSRs, GLPs, ISO, AAMI, and FDA Guidelines, as well as any other regulations / requirementspertaining to the laboratory.
