How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
The Advanced Equipment Systems Division (AES) is a focused group within the larger Air Liquide Electronics (ALE) organization that specializes in providing chemical and specialty gas management equipment solutions. Team members are chemical and mechanical engineers, electrical and controls engineers, programmers, manufacturing technicians and field service engineers. The core expertise of this team includes everything related to the delivery of process molecules: equipment design, material compatibility, safety requirements, component selection, controls design and integration, flow and pressure optimization, installation and start-up, and turnkey project management.
Job Responsibilities:
Work safely and follow appropriate safety requirements
Assembles, reworks, or disassembles units to meet production schedules using hand tools, powered hand tools, and basic electrical instruments
Weld soft polymer materials
Exhibit basic understanding and identification of mechanical and electrical manufacturing components
Follow procedures and perform work with basic understanding of schematics, bill of materials, mechanical diagrams, and work instructions, with moderate degree of supervision from lead or manager
Collaborate with AES engineering team to create/revise work instructions and redline procedures
Monitor stock levels of bulk materials, and appropriately escalate when stock levels are low
Identify missed material and participate in investigation/resolution with the AES engineering team as required
Identify potential improvement areas and maintain a continuous improvement mindset
Maintain and participate in site 5S program
Maintain good working relationships with stakeholders, including vendors, customers and various Air Liquide teams

Requirements
1-2 years manufacturing or related experience
Ability to safely at all times and ensure a safety culture and safe working environment.
Demonstrate a positive attitude and be a team player
Ability to maintain punctual and reliable attendance, with flexibility around scheduling PTO and working overtime when needed
Ability to follow written procedures and verbal direction
Basic computer skills, knowledge of Google Suite and ability to complete all necessary training
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Good organizational skills
Good electro-mechanical aptitude and skill set
Physical Requirements:
Ability to wear all required personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, steel-toed shoes and other PPE as required by documented procedures
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and possess good manual/physical dexterity
