Work Flexibility: OnsiteYou will be a member of the Research and Technology Development (R&TD) team in the Stryker Innovation Centre. This team develops the next generation of surgical products that will improve outcomes for patients and enhance the capabilities available to the surgeon.
As a member of the team you will learn about surgical procedures from an anatomical, workflow and technology point of view. You will use that learning to develop new prototypes that show enhanced features and performance. You will test these prototypes and seek feedback from stakeholders. You will determine how these prototypes can be manufactured within the Stryker manufacturing capabilties.
A successful candidate will have be partaking an engineering degree/postgrad in a relevant area (not limited to electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, software development, optical physics and biochemistry). A successful candidate will be self-driven, hands-on, curious and energetic, will want to work in a high-paced, engaging environment and will have an appetite to learn.Travel Percentage: None
