Your Tasks:
- Independent scheduling and securing of resources for production in line with deadlines, capacity and stock levels
- Coordination of material and information flows within and between departments to ensure on-time production
- Responsibility for regular monitoring of the order processing status and coordination with Customer Support, the individual production areas or the direct supervisor in the event of deviations
- Ensuring that production orders are fed into production on time
- Regular review of production capacities and adjustment to the current status by requesting information from the specialist departments
- Supporting customer support in escalation cases by independently optimizing scheduling
- Active participation in the design of production planning processes
- Responsible for creating delivery bills and coordinating returns
What your background should look like:
- Completed specialist vocational training
- 1-2 years of relevant practical work experience
- Good technical understanding, very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Good knowledge of ERP systems
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Ability to work in a team, very good communication skills, flexibility
- Affinity for numbers, independent and self-organized way of working
- Problem-solving skills, detail orientation, analytical skills
