JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor Degree Engineering in the fields of Mechanical /Plastics Engineering
• At least 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with some related knowledge in molding
• Not physically handicapped and no color blindness.
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
• Manage people skill required.
• Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills.
• Strong ability to multi-task prioritize the ability to effectively manage conflict and maintain strong employee relations.
• Effective PC skills required (Microsoft Office)
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
• Supervises and training to new & current employees and evaluation subordinate.
• Assist in controlling monthly budget in terms of man hours, equipment, supplies and overtime.
• Ensures proper training of all hourly employees assigned to decoration activities, including proper training in safe operation of machines
• Ensure machinery, equipment and tools and accessories for preventive maintenance it timely and properly to minimize down time.
• Ensure all recordings of machine cards, RM tickets, log sheets, QCPC abnormal lot form and in-process repair record are filled in correctly and accurately.
• Responsible for the material variances and scraps/usage resulting from the operation / human errors.
• Interview selects and hire of new employees and recommends promotions and termination for those employees under his supervision with the approval of Department Manager and Human Resource Manager.
• Investigates and implements disciplinary actions in accord with corporate personnel policies and procedures.
• Audits and records quality and productivity of subordinates and conduct audit LPA1.
•Assures compliance with all applicable departmental and corporate policies and procedures. Enforces all applicable rules and regulations of the company.
• Coordinate with Planner, Engineers, QA Engineer and Toolroom to discuss mold problem, quality problem and production schedule.
• Coordinates and participates in company programs such as communications, job training, vacation scheduling, etc.
• Responsible TE activities such as TEOA and EHS program.
• Perform other job assignment or responsibilities as and when required.
• Support trouble shooting in-process production to technicians and operators.
• Follow TE specifications and comply with Environmental, Health and Safety management system’s procedures.
