We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Manufacturing Associate II to join our team. The primary focus of the role will be to provide material movement and logistical support to internal and external customers in support of GMP manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Operate with a quality mindset within a cGMP environment and develop skills in Good Documentation Practices, cGMP manufacturing, and cleanroom behaviors.
- Perform operations of the following (may be applicable to commercial scale product, development studies, clinical scale production or validation activities):
- Operate manufacturing process and equipment to perform various production steps including SUM, TFF, Homogenizer, analytical equipment (pH, conductivity and scales)
- Read and execute detailed written procedures and production records.
- Author and revise technical procedures and forms.
- Monitor and record batch parameters, including computer data entry and use of SAP. Complete relevant paperwork following GDP/GMP guidelines. Proficient in math disciplines, able to use metric and US standard measurements and military time.
- Troubleshoot process and equipment problems and respond to alarms.
- Order, receive, sanitiize, and distribute supplies into production area as needed.
- Provide information for unplanned events and deviations. Familiar with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process and participate in Continuous Improvement Teams (such as 5S, Gemba, etc.).
- Provide support for groups that support manufacturing in the manufacturing space (such as external cleaners, calibration contractors etc.).
