How you will make an impact:
• Perform routine inspections of components, supplier audit and may be a second approver on material disposition as required.
• Coordinate, prioritize, and distribute daily work orders according to inventory requirements to support master production schedule.
• Utilize appropriate system application (e.g., JDE, TeamCenter) to solve issues that prevent materials from being released.
• Monitor nonconformities in system and procedures to ensure on time closure of NCR/SCAR.
• Collaborate with Engineers to improve and/or clarify procedures as required to reflect current practices.
• Provide training and coaching to lower level employees.
• Other incidental duties.
What you'll need (Required):
• H.S. Diploma or equivalent in with technical degree in related field, 4 years experience of previous related inspection experience Required.
• Bachelor's Degree in in related field strongly preferred, process or product auditing experience Preferred.

• Good computer skills including MS Office Suite; JDE preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Able to read, comprehend, write and speak English required.
• Substantial understanding of drawings and specifications in inspection.
• Substantial understanding of quality system how it interacts other functions and areas within the organization.
• Substantial knowledge of manufacturing and inspection software.
• Good MS Office skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Must be able to work in a team environment under minimum supervision.
• No instructions needed on routine work, and general instructions given only on new lines of work or special assignments.
