About the role:
This role will find itself in the middle of many stakeholders being part of ensuring successful labeling changes across all business units. The role has end-to-end responsibility for labelling updates on base business products. Furthermore, to build and execute on labelling project plan and responsible for delivering labels in a timely manner.
- This role is offered on a 1-year contract with possible extension.
Your key responsibilities:
- Overall responsible for updating artwork on labels and instructions for use, including creating a project plan, a time plan and align with stakeholders.
- The role is involved in the scoping phase and until a change is implemented in production or at suppliers. Labeling changes can vary in size and time and across all business units. You will build and execute on a project plan aligned with stakeholders in- and outside of the project.
- Responsible for the label process in the early stages – including the Label Request process. Responsible for creating a process and setting a standard on how to work with this process.
- Primary activities that need to be handled are Planning, Structure process, documentation and manage and oversee label execution.
- The role will work closely with the Operational Labeling Team, having the responsibility of ensuring they follow the project plan and deliver on time.
- The role is responsible for escalating if any issues or timelines cannot be met.
- Coordinate activities between Operational Labeling team and production sites.
- To be successful in this role, the person needs to be able to make a project plan and deliver accordingly. Furthermore, a large stakeholder work is needed for this role.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills to present information and communicate effectively at all levels within the company as well as cross functionally with departments such as Regulatory, Quality, Purchasing, Operations and Marketing. Ability to present to management and to extended teams.
- Manages multiple concurrent deadlines. Employs project management skills to ensure multiple programs impacting labeling are progressing and meeting expected milestones.
- Ability to work in a team environment including multi-site cross-functional team members across geographies and time zones.
- Ability to make decisions when needed as well as preparing recommendations to senior management on decisions and opportunities.
About You:
- Project Management leadership experience with relation to technical and/or engineering programs.
- Experienced in labelling and in design control.
- Previous experience in Medical Device industry is an advantage, as well as knowledge of regulations and standards affecting medical device products.
- Experience working with cross functional teams and in an environment with multiple cultures.
- Strong team player and solid stakeholder management skills.
- Good communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Good planning and structure skills.
- Having a holistic view of processes when working across functions.
Education / Qualifications:
- Degree in Science, Technical, Engineering, Supply Chain or similar
- Communicative level of English - Required.
Working Conditions:
- Up to 25% dependent on projects and stages in projects
