Minimum Qualifications – Education and Experience
- A collage degree or higher in Life Science, Biotech or related discipline.
- Highly organized with multi-tasking and strong determination for delivering results.
- Take the initiative on difficult tasks proactively.
- Responsible for staying up to date on knowledge to drive process improvements.
- Proven ability to motivate a team effectively and build a positive team environment.
- Demonstrate respect in the workplace and encourage productivity and growth.
- Strong work ethic and firm grasp of company policies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications – Education and Experience
- Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role.
- Working knowledge of Quality Management System.
- Previous exposure to Business Intelligence Systems.
