Ethypharm Group is looking for our Corporate Distribution Quality System Manager within the Scientific Affairs Division.
Reporting to the Corporate Pharmaceutical Quality System Director, you will work in a dynamic international environment, collaborating daily with our Affiliates in Europe and in the UK, and with our distribution partners worldwide (Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia-Pacific, America). You will play a key role in strategic projects, notably new product launches, working closely with corporate and local cross-functional teams.
As the Corporate Distribution Quality System Manager, you will be at the heart of developing, implementing and monitoring the Group Quality Management System (QMS) related to Distribution activities to ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and harmonise practices across the Group and with our partners.
The position could be located near Paris (headquarters), London or Madrid with regular travels.
Your main responsibilities:
- Coordinate the quality governance of distribution activities, ensuring compliance with current pharmaceutical standards within the Group and with our external Partners.
- Lead continuous improvement of quality systems related to distribution activities (CAPA, audits, deviation management, risk management).
- Oversee the implementation and monitoring of the Group Quality policies and procedures in partnership with Affiliates, ensuring consistent and harmonized application of Distribution quality rules.
- Coordinate the qualification and control of our distribution partners worldwide including the implementation of quality agreements and the conduct of periodic audits.
- Maintain the mapping of medicines’ distribution models within the Group, in collaboration with Affiliates.
- Monitor regulatory developments to anticipate changes in standards and coordinate their application within subsidiaries.
- Coordinate the development of quality indicators and propose action plans based on the results obtained in the various entities.
Your professional profile:
- You hold a Master Degree (Pharmacist, Engineer, or equivalent) with a specialisation in quality or a similar scientific field.
- You have at least 6 years of experience in quality management, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry and distribution of medicines.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical standards (GDP, GMP) and international regulatory requirements.
- Fluency in English is required to interact with international affiliates and external partners.
