No two days will ever be the same as you will be carrying out planned preventative maintenance, supporting breakdown repairs and general facilities maintenance as well. We are looking for a technician who is adaptable, a team player and eager to learn.At Pharmaron we offer:Vibrant and dynamic employment – we are a highly specialised, growth company operating in a critical sector of the economy – our future is strong and exciting!Opportunities to develop your skills and yourself – our rapid growth brings greater opportunities for you to learn and grow faster!A great team where we all support each other – enjoy your work – after all you spend about a third of your time here!Key roles and responsibilities:Efficiently conduct corrective and preventative maintenance activities originating from Work Orders Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns.Ensure that preventative maintenance schedules are completed on time.Ensure all documentation of maintenance activities is to GxP standards (training will be given) and that accurate reports are generated.Proactively identify maintenance plan improvements or omissions, working with the Engineering Supervisor to ensure maintenance PM plans remain relevant, are technically correct and compliant.Work on small projects where required, including design / installation & commissioning or minor systems (new or alterations).Constantly seek new, innovative and cost advantageous methods of completing the work without compromising safety or quality.Ensure a sufficient stock of materials, equipment and parts are maintained to carry out requisite work.
