Key responsibilities for this role include:
Perform manufacturing process to comply with production requirements and in compliance with the established quality standards.
Execute manufacturing operations such as: weighting, granulation, compression, capsules filling, coating, or other manufacturing operations in the manufacturing area.
Responsible for cleaning up the machines and rooms at the beginning and at end of run.
Set up process and operate the equipment in each working centers.
Follow up the instruction given in manufacturing record and follow the indication in the current SOP’s.
Notifies any malfunction or deviation of the process to next level supervision.
Complete documentation in manufacturing records and verify manual entries in manufacturing records as 2nd operator.
Document rooms logbooks the necessary information.
Verify temperatures and humidity graphs to assure parameters conditions are within specifications.
Checks thoroughly equipment for specific parameters.
Conduct special tasks as requested by the Team Leaders.
Manufacturing:
Process lots as required in the manufacturing procedure and as required to the manufacturing unit. Receives and verifies materials and validates that the type and quantity is as required in the production order.
Takes samples as per production order.
Self-Inspector of his/her module.
Maintains up to date the logbooks of the room and equipment.
Is responsible of the room and equipment cleaning.
Report to the Team Leader any situation that occurs during manufacturing.
Always utilize the safety equipment as required for the area.
May conduct adjustments to equipment as requested by the Team Leader.
Conducts special tasks as requested by the Team Leader.
KNOWLEDGE
Must possess knowledge of:
cGMP, standard operating procedures, and governmental regulations.
Computer.
Must be able to perform simple arithmetic reasoning and basic metric system.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:
Education/Experience:
Minimum of a High School Diploma with 2 years as a Pharmaceutical Operator.
Associate degree with 1 years as Pharmaceutical Operator.
A bachelor’s degree with no experience.
However, a combination of experience and/or education may be considered.
