As a Product Management Engineer for Electronic Specialty Materials (ESM), you will be responsible for driving strategy and portfolio management to capitalize on the global ESM market. Vital for semiconductor manufacturing, your role shapes ESM business in Singapore and Southeast Asia, ensuring growth in the electronics market.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Enhance Business Growth:
Collaborate with Key Account teams to expand business, including Advanced Materials, and enhance profitability.
Analyze sales performance and gross margins, taking charge of improving them.
Coordinate with the internal team for business performance reporting.
Product Portfolio Management:
Engage with various stakeholders (Sales, Quality, Sourcing, etc.) to enhance products and suppliers, boosting business competitiveness.
Market Analysis and Adaptation:
Conduct thorough analysis of market dynamics and adjust business tactics accordingly.
Provide market updates to support account teams in business development.
Foster the development of products to meet emerging semiconductor requirements, facilitating internal processes for investment.
System Support:
Are you a MATCH?
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Material Engineering or a related field.
Have 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales and marketing environment or sourcing (experience in the semiconductor or chemicals industry will be an advantage).
Proficiency in statistics, data mining, and analytical methods.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Possess strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes is preferred, and the ability to work effectively in a matrix reporting organization is required.
