Job Description
This role involves working on software development projects within a dynamic and innovative environment full time from May to December.You'll have the chance to collaborate with experienced professionals, gain exposure to various software engineering concepts, and deeply contribute to improving existing products. Here are some key points to consider:
The position provides exposure to the full development life cycle, agile methodology, system design, test-driven development, test automation, and build and configuration management.
Each co-op participant is assigned a dedicated mentor to guide you through your experience at Rockwell Automation, assist in understanding their code base, and help you overcome any challenges you encounter.
Angular/Node, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript (Typescript), Kotlin, Go, or Python.
Preferred Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or advanced degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Preference given to students met on campus, at a national recruiting event, through a Rockwell Automation-hosted event or a targeted recruiting campaign.
Prefer a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale.
Proficiency in one or moreprogramming languages, such as Angular/Node, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript (Typescript), Kotlin, Go, or Python.
