The goal of this function is to support the implementation of the projects & the improvements related to production processes & analytical topics into our GMP manufacturing facilities.
We are looking for a collaborator who is passionate about their work and eager to take on a challenge.
Job Description
- Provide technical support, including resolution of technical issues, during the implementation of the projects.
- Participate and lead investigations related to recurrent production processes & analytical issues.
- Share & identify the validation needs.
- Redaction of technical documents & participate in the interpretation of results.
- Participate in the review and approval of internal documents (Procedure, protocols, …)
- Work effectively at the interface with Project Managers and Project Team Members to integrate project plans with other activities in the plant.
- Complete trainings and maintain competencies.
Qualifications
Education and experience:
University degree in appropriate discipline (i.e., pharmacy, biology, microbiology, engineering, or other scientific discipline).
3 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.
Technical skills and soft skills competencies:
- Practical and effective knowledge of main engineering and pharmaceutical technics (analytical and production processes).
- Knowledge of vaccines and/or biopharmaceuticals manufacturing and testing
- Knowledge of GMP principles.
- Strong integrity and motivation.
- Resilient and ready for change.
- Quality-oriented and rigorous mind with a high level of flexibility.
- Ability to manage priorities, to plan and coordinate different activities.
- Strong organizational and communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work in a culturally diverse, cross-functional workplace.
- Strong commitment to customer service, and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated excellent English and French knowledge (oral and written).
