What You will Do:
- Precision in Execution: As a Manufacturing Operator, you’ll be at the forefront of our production process, ensuring that every task is executed with precision and professionalism. You'll be involved in a wide range of activities, from processing pharmaceutical products to adhering to stringent Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Qualifications: What We are Looking For:
- Experience and Expertise: You will need an MBO-2 diploma with relevant experience, and a solid understanding of GMP, EHSS, and Lean principles. Knowledge of DELTA V, SAP, eLims, MES, chromatography, or cell cultures is a plus, but not necessary.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic proficiency in MS Office and business applications is required.
- Bilingual Advantage: A B1 level in Dutch or English is required, with skills in both languages being a significant advantage.
- Resilience and Accuracy: You remain calm under pressure, work with precision, and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every task is completed to the highest standard.
- Problem Solver: You’re quick to act on deviations, think ahead, and are always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
- Loves working Flexibly: We are operate at 16/7 and 24/7 shift pattern.
CGMP, EHS&S, EN LEAN
The work is carried out under strict cGMP conditions. The operator ensures a safe, healthy and sustainable working environment. The execution of tasks, the organization of the work and the continuous improvement of efficiency, effectiveness, quality and cGMP and EHSS compliance are supported by Lean techniques and concepts. The operator has good knowledge of cGMP, EHSS and Lean, at the level appropriate for this position, is trained in the internal procedures and always follows these, as well as other internal standards. The Associate Manufacturing Operator identifies shortcomings and opportunities for improvement. He/she occasionally carries out improvement initiatives that are practical in nature and do not require support from other departments.
