Business/Function Overview:

The primary responsibility of the Tolling Production Planner is to effectively and efficiently manage a Master Schedule for formulated products. This role will act as the primary planning contact and communicate short and long range production plans externally for Toll Manufacturers. This role will require coordination and communication with Manufacturing teams, Inventory, Supply, Demand, and Active Ingredient Planning groups to ensure accurate scheduling. Additionally, this role will review demand exceptions and coordinate on volume allocations.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure a balanced rolling 12-month US Master Schedule for formulated products at Toll Manufacturers for global demand, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions to maintain schedule stability and on time demand fulfillment.
- Communicate with Manufacturing teams, Inventory Planning, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and Active Ingredient Planning to confirm production plans, deviations from plans, and respond to unexpected events.
- Review demand exceptions from the Regional Demand Planners
- Responsible for the overall accuracy of Planning Master Data, adhering to the Workflow process per the service level agreement.
- Execute the required Master Scheduling process in IBP and SAP to support Master Scheduling for Toll Manufacturers.
- Act as primary contact for all production scheduling for Toll Manufacturers. Responsible for communicating short term schedule and providing monthly long-range forecasts to ensure line time reserved.
- Update progress on campaigns at Toll manufacturers, identify constraints and risks.
- Integrate product scheduling best practices and identify areas for cost savings/waste reduction while minimizing cross contamination risk.
- Review inventory of raw materials and packing materials to identify slow moving, obsolete, blocked stock.
- Perform SAP transactions including, process order creation & closeout, goods receipt, stock transfers, purchase requisitions, MRP review, production & consumption posting, post good issue, create Bill of lading, inventory review as needed with accuracy & in a timely manner.
Required Education:

- BA/BS in business or technical field
- 3-5 years SAP MRP
- APICS CPIM, preferred

- Excellent communication skills to create effective interactions with multiple functional groups and levels of the organization, including the ability to present and sell ideas, plans and recommendations through strong personal influence building skills that lead to consensus decisions and plans.
