The role The main purpose of the role is to assist in the management of the Learning Management System and administrate all documents in our internal system (Master Control) Main responsibilities Issuing, archiving and retrieval of Quality Documentation, both onsite and with Service Providers. To Assist in administration of documents in QMS system Control and issue relevant GxP documentation to ensure timely release of product. Maintain document control & document management procedures. Support appropriate investigations of deviations, failures and adverse events in area, requiring documented review and action. Requirements Strong administrative and organisational skills. Self-motivated. Ability to work independently. Ability to work well in busy conditions and to operate effectively. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.
