Overview
As a Nights Warehouse Operative, the purpose of the role is to ensure timely assembly and despatch of all orders ensuring that all relevant activities and processes are completed to the required standards and deadlines whilst adhering to operational SOPs.
This role will be full-time, Sunday - Thursday, 10pm - 6am and it will be based in Runcorn.

Responsibilities
• Ensure timely assembly and despatch of all orders, ensuring that all relevant activities and processes are completed to the required standards and deadlines whilst adhering to operational SOPs• Using RF picking devices to ensure orders are picked and despatched on time and in full• To complete all other warehouse activities as trained, to include the use of low level order picker, electric counterbalance and/or reach truck• Follow all Health and Safety procedures ensuring any issues are reported immediately to the management team• Ensure that all Mechanical Handing Equipment is used as trained and that all pre use checks are completed, reporting any issues• Achieve, maintain & exceed the department and site KPI's with a view to continuous improvement• To work with the Warehouse Management team to maintain and develop all operational Standard Operating Procedures, Risk Assessments, quality improvement and continuous improvement initiatives• To be flexible in order to provide additional cover within the warehouse operation at the request of management, as required• The role holder must comply with policies or procedures relating to data privacy or information security
Qualifications
• A good understanding of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Health, Safety and Environmental standards and practices• Use of Mechanical Handling Equipment would be an advantage.• Experience within the pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage• Use of RF picking equipment would be an advantage• Knowledge of computerised Warehouse Management systems
