Overview PM Group is a leading International EPCMCQV firm, with a network of offices in Europe, Asia and the US. Our multi-discipline team comprises of 3,500+people delivering complex, capital projects in sectors such as life sciences, food and beverages, mission critical/ICT, advanced manufacturing and energy.
To support the CQV service, we are now looking to recruit an Electronic Validation Lead. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our EVal capability while collaborating with our existing CQV delivery teams and customers to enhance and develop our overall CQV service delivery.
The role requires the ability to develop and implement an EVal strategy for the Group, managing the setup of a suitable platform as well as developing the teams to deliver on projects. The successful candidate will work with our clients to agree the implementation of EVal on their projects, as well as communicating and integrating the CQV requirements between engineering and construction functions.
This full time (hybrid) role will report to Group Head of CQV/Cx and can be based in either our Dublin or Cork offices, with potential travel requirements to other offices and sites locally and internationally.
Responsibilities - Develop and execute a comprehensive EVal strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives and vision.
- Drive the development and enhancement of EVal capability through strategic partnerships.
- Ensure the digital platforms are in place and setup correctly to deliver the EVal service for our clients.
- Ability to interface with clients and build relationships to grow the EVal delivery business.
- Build and lead an EVal team, cultivating innovation and excellence within the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive EVal implementation that enhances project delivery, quality and speed.
Qualifications - Ideally a Primary Degree in an Engineering related discipline with 10+ years’ experience in CQV/pharma.
- Demonstrated capability & expertise in the use of EVal platforms.
- Ability to work on one’s own initiative.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams at all levels of the organisation.
The successful candidate will report to the Group Head of CQV/Cx.
