Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to support the management and execution of projects throughout the full project life cycle from initiation to closeout.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Vendor management for delivery, installation, and commissioning of packaged equipment.
- Creation and management of schedule for vendor visits.
- Overseeing process to book-in vendors and manage RAMS.
- Engaging with end users to communicate and plan vendor visit schedule
- Acting as host during vendor’s time on-site.
- Management of schedule to the agreed project timeline.
- Coordination with vendors to deliver their quoted packages.
- Coordination with vendors for commissioning.
- Project management to deliver the project.
- Coordination of key contractors and elements of work
- Liaise with and manage key stakeholder expectations
- Monitor project budget and provide accurate monthly reports
- Attendance at daily update meetings
- Ensure compliance with all HSE & CDM requirements
- Develop and updated project schedule defined appropriately according to project stage-gate
- Identify, record and monitor project risks, seeking escalation where required
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Degree in a relevant science/engineering discipline
- Junior to intermediate level Project Engineer/ Project Manager with experience in managing cross functional teams, delivering complex Manufacturing Facility and processing projects, in a highly automated GMP production environment
- Demonstrated capacity to effectively manage and execute projects from initiation to completion
- Equipment & Utility experience
- Understands project management process; programming, scope development, design development, implementation and project closeout
- Execution/adherence – demonstrated record of on time delivery
- Ability to work with end user on developing operating procedures, maintenance & calibration plans,
- Strong understanding of the principles of Good Manufacturing Practices
