Overview PM Group now has an opportunity for a MEP Project Engineer / Project Manager to join our dynamic and innovative OTS team, working on site with one of our technology client’s, they are based in Denmark.
Responsibilities - Manage the full project scope in place, including all stakeholders through to
project completion. - Work with Site Managers and advise them on all M&E aspects of the project.
- Work closely with the M&E Design Coordinators and Consultant Design Teams and deal with technical queries.
- Co-ordinate and liaise with suppliers, specialist sub-contractors, in-house functions and resource.
- Manage the projects, providing guidance and direction.
- Ensure appropriate communication and coordination of the project resources.
- Run regular project team meetings, ensuring actions are recorded and closed out.
- Ensure the project requirements are identified, understood and delivered on.
- Identify issues and ensure they are resolved in a controlled and timely manner.
- Set out project milestones and ensure they are achieved, on time and within budget.
- Work collaboratively with the site administration team to ensure. subcontractors have up to date information on the project.
- Monitor M&E site progress.
Qualifications - 5 – 8 years relevant experience as a Project Engineer / Project Manager.
- Relevant Degree / Masters’ or equivalent.
- Experience in project engineering in mission critical / data center / fit out environments.
- Self-motivated and works off own initiative.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to organise.
- Proven experience in managing MEP Projects.
