Job Purpose :
Give support to EHS managers and EHS champions to prepare next Audit IBM by administrative coordination and revision for different type of risk assessment , training matrix and incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with EHS Champions and EHS Managers to the deliver EHS Roadmap for QC department in alignment with audit IBM requirements.
- Documentation Management: Organize and classify EHS documentation in the different appropriate systems.
- Help Monitoring deadlines related to the Audit IBM preparedness.
- Assist in planning and coordinating EHS meetings, taking notes, distributing minutes, and assigning follow-up actions.

Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum a Bachelor degree.
- Experience with all Office tools (Excel, PPT, Word, teamsites).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in administrative, QC,doc and training , governance or equivalent .
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Motivated and interested in learning EHS
- Ability and motivation to work in new applications, business processes.
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of organization.
- Must be a committed team player prepared to work in and embrace a team-based culture.
