A typical day in the life of a Sr Scientist on this team may include the following:
- Design and execute in vivo immunization and viral infection studies.
- Identify and evaluate vaccination strategies and platforms to maximize T cell responses and to overcome immune cell dysfunction and exhaustion.
- Develop and optimize protocols to evaluate B and T cell function, such as ELISpot, ICS, cell killing, and activation assays.
- Perform serological assays such as ELISAs, Luminex, neutralizing Ab assays, and Ab effector assays.
