We are currently looking for a Production Coordinator, Grade 3 for our Souderton, PA facility/location.
Employee will perform assigned functions at Almac Clinical Services relevant to the packaging area ensuring that quality is maintained in products for the safety, well-being, and protection of the patient. Employee will be required to perform assigned functions within Primary Packaging Rooms (exposed product) and Secondary Packaging Rooms (no exposed product).
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Accept and perform leadership role within Production including:
- Train production team on the packaging operation and monitoring the performance of staff to ensure the finished product is being packaged correctly
- Perform verifications of issuances, reconcilations and other operational steps as detailed in Almac SOPs
- Prepare rooms in advance of staff allocation as needed
- Package/Assemble/Label material as detailed in the batch document within all packaging areas as required by individual operations
- Ability to work within, and oversee operations running in refrigerated / frozen conditions
- Execute batch documents including issuance, reconciliation, recording of finished product, and required inspections using the COSMOS system and manually recording required details in the batch document according to appropriate Almac Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP’s).
- Perform and ensure that thorough, routine cleaning of equipment and packaging rooms is performed according to appropriate Almac SOP’s) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP’s)
Hours for this role are 11pm-7am
Qualifications
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED
Required:
- Minimum two years’ work experience
Preferred:
- {C}{C}{C}Pharmaceutical or similar GMP environment
- Team Lead or Group Lead experience (not required to be in Pharmaceutical)
- Minimum 1 year Production Coordinator experience at Almac
