Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Quality Systems Analyst specializing in LabWare Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) applications. This hybrid role combines business analysis and development responsibilities to ensure the effective implementation, configuration, and support of LabWare LIMS solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and document user requirements for LabWare LIMS applications.
User Demonstrations and Testing Support: Provide demo and support to end-users to ensure effective unit testing of the functionalities.
System Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement LabWare LIMS solutions to support laboratory operations.
Configuration: Configure LabWare LIMS to meet specific user requirements and improve system functionality.
Integration: Integrate LabWare LIMS with laboratory instruments and other enterprise systems.
Testing and Validation: Oversee the testing and validation of LIMS applications to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Project Management: Manage LIMS implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the LIMS system, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, customizations, and user guides.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to optimize laboratory operations.
Compliance: Perform CAPA and Deviation investigation related tasks. Manage change controls in ServiceNow.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of business analysis experience, with at least 3 years working with LabWare LIMS in a laboratory environment. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in developing and supporting LabWare LIMS applications.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biology) or related field, or in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong understanding of laboratory operations and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in LabWare LIMS configuration.
Strong programming skills in languages such as LIMS basic, Java, C#, or similar.
Experience with database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management and documentation.
