About the Role
As a Recruitment Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging top talent for key roles within Kirby. Working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership, you will focus on market research, talent mapping, and proactive sourcing to ensure we continue to attract the best candidates in the industry.
This is a role for someone who thrives on gathering insights, staying ahead of market trends, and building strong candidate pipelines to meet future business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research to identify potential candidates across multiple channels, including professional networks, social media, job boards, and databases.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify top talent pools.
- Create detailed market mapping reports to support recruitment strategies.
- Conduct initial screenings and candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure recruitment metrics are regularly tracked and reported.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and refine sourcing strategies.
- Assist with job descriptions, posting job ads, and coordinating interviews.
What We’re Looking For

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, research, or a related role.
- Experience using recruitment tools and ATS software is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
