•Experience in a similar Quality Assurance role or a solid background in Production or Operations (ideally in the in the pharmaceutical industry) you’ll have a good knowledge of related EU quality regulations, good manufacturing practice (GMP) principles
•Product Quality Review requirements and approving change controls.
•With good experience using electronic document management system and writing clear and concise reports, you’ll be used to conducting quality based investigations, root cause analyses and self-inspections.
•A higher-level science qualification would be beneficial (e.g. A-level, HNC, HND, BTEC, Degree-level)
•As a person, you’re well organised and good under pressure, able to prioritise tasks in a changeable environment and think of solutions on your feet.
•With a keen eye for detail and methodical approach, you’re confident multi-tasking, decisive in your thinking and driven to reach results in set timeframes – even if that means thinking outside the box!
•Your communication and interpersonal skills are second to none: you build relationships with ease, but can diplomatically negotiate and persuade, when necessary.
•Good IT skills across the Microsoft Office suite are important.
