Engineering Manager - Pharmaceuticals - Copenhagen - 12-Month Contract Our client, a leading partner to pharmaceutical, biotech and nutrition markets, has an exciting opening for a Engineering Manager for their new Capex investment project. Responsibilities
- Organise meetings with all the stakeholders,
- Participate actively in teams dedicated to this project,
- Analyse and evaluate the process and/or investigates process experiments with the aim of obtaining process improvements. (quality/quantity and/or cost-wise),
- Manage the concerned budgets for this project,
- Propose improvements (based on evaluation/ analysis and/or experiments) and implement projects as approved (in cooperation with production M&E department and/or contractors,
- Advise management on priority needs for undertaking process/project engineering studies and evaluations.
- Perform other duties as assigned in relation to these projects.
Qualifications
- 10 years of project or engineering management/execution experience.
- Significant experience from leading engineering work at several projects or programs of large-scale facilities through the lifecycle from Conceptual Brief to Handover.
- You are skilled at managing complex projects with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- You provide clear goals and purpose for the area and the project team members so that the project secures effective use of time and resources and builds employee motivation.
- Demonstrated ability to execute projects in a complex international environment.
- Well versed in contracting strategies and implications of these (EPCM, Design Build, etc.).
- Additionally, you have successfully led larger and complex global GxP investment projects or programs within construction. Fluency in French language is an advantage.
- As a person you are an effective communicator. You have developed and lead high performing teams and have the ability and experience to motivate highly skilled professionals and experts. You are exceptionally good at creating good stakeholder relations.
