Senior Software Quality Consultant
requires a deep understanding of quality assurance processes, enterprise systems, and the ability to manage complex projects and infrastructures. Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance Leadership:
- Lead quality assurance activities to ensure the highest standards of product quality.
- Coordinate and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts to identify and resolve any possible defect(s).
Enterprise Consulting:
- Provide expert consultancy to enterprise clients on electronic notebook adoption and the corresponding quality assurance best practices.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee technical documentation writing, validation, and execution.
Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement industry best practices and innovative solutions to drive process improvements.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and senior management to provide updates and insights.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to share knowledge and best practices.
Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in quality assurance and enterprise consulting.
- Implement and maintain quality management systems to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Education: Scientific or Computer Science Bachelor degree. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in electronic notebook consulting, with at least 5 years in R&D software experience in the pharmaceutical and drug discovery industry. She/he must possess a deep understanding of both the scientific and technological aspects of drug development.
